New Visitors Centre
The Giant’s Causeway, World Heritage Site, is managed and cared for by the National Trust, Northern Ireland’s largest conservation charity. In 2008, the National Trust, in partnership with Moyle District Council, took the lead to develop and deliver a new World Class Visitor Experience at the site. The development of the new Giant’s Causeway Visitor Experience has commenced and will be complete in 2012. During construction of the new visitor facility, visitors will continue to gain access to the Giant’s Causeway. Please allow extra time for your visit during the summer months as there may be queues due to the building work.
The National Trust have provided a leaflet with the proposed project time lines and information to visitors during the project works, this can be viewed online here.
